Some exiting stuff!!

This past weekend has been pretty exciting!! First off, sadly I didn't make the Design Team for the website Scrapfabulous, but I did make the Guest Design Team member for May...WHA-HOO!! I'm super excited about that (click on that link and scroll to the bottom and you'll see me!!)...I won the March Contest over at Creative Scrap Shack with my "I'm Lucky" layout...(I don't think i ever posted that one on here so i will today) and on the Basic Grey website I decided to try and upload a layout up there for the first time yesterday and a couple hours after posting it, i got an email back saying they put it on their website!! YEAH!!! I was my *Lucky* layout I posted just a few entries down...That's very exciting for me!! Oh, I also finished up my Design Team term at Creating Pages....I'm really sad about that one...I love working with everyone over there and I love how friendly everyone is!! Sad!! The new DT will do an amazing job though!! Good luck to them!! All in all it was a GREAT weekend!! We played at the park yesterday afternoon with my hubbie's sister's family and his brother's family...that was fun (and like a dummy i forgot my camera...grr!!) Oh well!! We did find a hutch at Office Max originally $80 on clearance for $15 so now it sitting on top of my desk and it works out BEAUTIFULLY!! I feel like I really have my own little space now!! I'll have to post a picture of it a little later...I also am going to start teaching some scrapbooking classes at my local JoAnne Fabrics...I'm super excited (and extremely nervous) about this!! I'll also show you the layout I'll be using for one of the classes which is going to be called a "Paper Sculpting" class...I'll be teaching my FAVORITE technique ever of taking an exacto knife and chopping up the paper and making it your own!! The other class will be a "Friends" themed mini album that kids can make...I'm excited to be helping kids learn to love scrapbooking!! YEA!! So can you tell i've had a BUSY weekend?? I'm looking forward to RELAXING today and hopefully scrapping some in my new space!! YIPPEE!!
