HUGE NEWS!!

Soooooooooo....I have some big news...I'll tell it to you in story form just for fun.....So, once upon a time there was this girl who LOVED to scrapbook...She enjoyed what she created and loved to share her work....She decided a couple of weeks ago to apply for this Design Team for a manufacuter named Daisy Bucket Designs....She'd seen their products and really enjoyed them and thought "What the heck? I'll apply...if anything it'll just be practice for applying!!" So she applied even though she thought for sure her chances where slim to none....

Or so she thought....

Yesterday this girl got a phone call from Daisy Bucket Designs....Well can you guess what they asked her?? YAY!! They asked her to me a Design Team Member for their company!! Hehe if you hadn't guessed by now, that girl is me....I got asked to me on a manufacturer design team!! I'm still in shock...you can follow ----> THIS LINK <---- to prove it!! :) The End!!

In other news I finished my layout for the Big Kahuna Contest over at CSS...The requirements were to do a monochromatic layout using 2 pictures- one b&w and the other one color. We were supposed to do a chipboard title and eyelets and then use ribbon in a creative way....I picked the color orange for my monochromaticness....so, here it is...whatcha think??

This is just a detail shot showing that I really did use eyelets!! :)

Anyway...that's all I got for today...I just downloaded a couple REALLY cute digital kits so I'm thinking that's what I'd like to do tonight...YAY!! :) Ok...well off to put kids in bed...Toodle-loo!!
