Feeling lazy...

Not to much has been going on in our neck of the woods....I'm pretty boring as of lately....HMM!! Well to make this a little interesting, on one of my new favorite websites (of which i'm hoping to make the Design Team) Scrapfabulous has a blog challenge to list 10 foods that you love and to share a receipe...well if you know me, you know that i'm not the best cook on the planet but I do have some yummy receipes...first 10 of my favorite foods:

1. French Toast
2. Toast dipped in chocolate milk (don't knock it 'til you try it!!)
3. Chicken Parmesan
4. Barbequed ribs (O'Charley's has the BEST!!)
5. Chicken Terriayki (with noodles, NOT rice!!)
6. Homemade Chocolate cake (The Grandma Nield version with 7 minute frosting!! YUM!!)
7. My dad's fudge

8. Gooey Bars (Or chessman squares I think they are called...)
9. Onion Bagels with Garden vegatable Cream cheese (YUM-O!!)
10. Onion rings...(there is this little resurant in Utah called Maddox that has the most divine onion rings...it's tradition to stop there anytime we're in the area!!)

Now for one of my favorite receipes...I love this because it's so easy to make but tastes like you spent alot of time on them....

Turkey Cheese Pockets

4 oz. Cream cheese

1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

1 TBSP Miracle Whip

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

4-5 Slices turkey lunchmeat, finely chopped

1 can Ref. Biscuits (8 Biscuits)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Roll out refrigerator biscuits, until 1/4 inch flat. Divide cream cheese mixture into 8 parts and spoon onto one side of the biscuits. Fold the other side over and press close with a fork. Bake for 10-12 min.

These are one of my all time favorite meals so do try them sometime!! Now I leave you with my most recent layout...It's my new favorite!!
