I'm still here!!

It's been a few days...I apolize for that...We had a great weekend...You know the kind where you just do whatever the heck you want and it turns out great?? That's how our weekend was...we were away from home most of the time, avoided the computer and the TV (which is VERY refreshing!!) And to make it even better, it's been gorgeous outside!! Almost too hot to play out there in the afternoons!! It's been wonderful!! I've been able to scrap some so that's been nice...The kids cooperated great yesterday so i was able to finish up these two layouts...YEA!!! The first one is loosely based on a Becky Fleck Sketch....I like how it turned out!!



Now you CAN'T laugh at me for this next one....I FORBID IT!!! There's a contest going on right now over at Scrapfabulous (the one where I'm praying I make the DT!!) to scrap about your secret....So here is one of mine!! I made it a 6x12 layout which is a first for me....They just announced all the people who made Creating Keepsake's Hall of Fame and one of the winner's was an 18 year old male!! I was amazed by his talent for one so young!! (haha...young...why does 18 feel so long ago?? I'm only 25!!) Anyway, he likes to do this size of layouts so I thought I'd give it a try....I really enjoyed working with this size!! So much fun!! I will definantly try it again!! (Too bad they don't make albums this size...well, at least that I'm aware of...)



Here is all the info that goes along with this to kind of explain it all: First off, I mean this secret in the most non vain way possible!! In fact I am my own worst critic on my looks...it's just a dream of mine to someday to be considered "model beautiful" I'm always critizing the girls on America's next top Model and thinking that I could do SO much better than them!! It's just fun to have this secret even though, I know wouldn't have a chance in the world on ANTM....Its just one of those secrets that you have fun with!! You know??

Ok....i'm totally nervous now about having this posted!! Eek!! Well nobody laugh to hard ok!! :)
