On a whim..... :)

So it's been such a crazy week...we really have been doing tons of things on a whim...lol...first off we bought a bed....Not just any kind of bed mind you - a memory foam bed!! We were so fed up with all our aches and pains and restless nights that we just did it....some of you might know I have back issues and the other day I woke up and my back hurt so bad I couldn't breathe....that was the kicker...we got a VERY good deal on one from a company called "Bed in a Box" and I couldn't be happier...I woke up this morning and didn't feel like an old woman hobbling around...Money well spent in my book...Merry Christmas to me and Ben!! :) I also got a whim on Sunday and I cut my own hair...I repeat..."I" cut my hair...hahaha....It turned out pretty good I think....it was clear down to my waist before I cut it so I think i chopped off 6 inches or so!! I was a little freaked out when I saw how much hair ended up in the garbage but I do love how it turned out...and the best part - I saved $30.... :) Money well "NOT" spent....LOL!

Ben and I went out on a whim for a date this week too....We dropped the kids off at the in-laws and went and saw the movie August Rush....I posted a trailer for it awhile ago and let me tell you.....I am in love with this movie....It is hands down in my top 3 of all time favorite movies....I have never been so emotionally moved by a movie since I saw My Girl (which is in my top 5)...I think I cried through most of the movie....You will not be disappointed if you go and see this and I guarantee it will end up being one of your favs....It's the kind of movie that when it's over nobody gets up to leave...you stay so you can soak in every last moment you just experienced....I WILL be buying this movie, I WILL be buying the soundtrack and I HOPE to see it again in the movie theaters!! :) Oh, and P.S. Jonathan Rhys Meyers is in it and he is so very pretty!! Oh and Freddie Highmore is fastly becoming one of my favorite actors!!

The paper one is SO not my style but I still liked how it turned out....Anyway, my little girl just woke up from her nap and she is BEGGING me to get her some 'knacks because she is awfully hungry.....LOL...she's so cute.... :)
