Another week...or two...

Another week comes and yet again I've fallen slack in my blogging....I figure I have a good excuse!! This baby doesn't like it when I sit at my desk for long periods of time...the longer I sit the larger my ankles get!! :)

I do however have a couple things to show:

I made this layout using the July kit from My Scrapbook Nook....I love how versatile the theme of this kit is...I haven't made one travel related item yet even though the line of paper is travel themed!! I adore this picture of my kids...Porter really is such a good boy and brother!!

I made this next layout using the fun Summer Limited Edition kit that the Nook is selling...they only have a few left I believe....You can purchase one here if you want....it's stock full of goodies!! Anyway this layout is about one of my beloved grandmothers who has passed on....I sure do miss her!

Oh and here is a look at the Limited Edition Kit:

Oh I want to mention that I made the DT over at The Nook again...I LOVE THAT PLACE!! Its such a fun and welcoming place to be, plus the kits are AMAZING...Thank you Leah so much for this opportunity!! There is an awesome bunch of girls that made it this time around...I'm very excited!!

In other news I get to go to the doctor this week...I hope to be able to hash out my c-section date...I only have 15 weeks left...I really like that idea!! Everywhere I go I keep getting told how huge I am...I don't love that so much...I've had at least a dozen people ask if I am having twins...*sigh* I just don't have anywhere to put a baby really besides right out there in front...I'm a shorty so my little 5' 2" of height can't really fit a little mass in the middle...I think I'll just steer clear of mirrors for awhile!! :) Lily asks me everyday if the baby is going to come today...She is getting so excited!! I love it!! Porter really likes to feel him kick...That makes me very happy...He keeps coming up with all these random names like "Narnink" and says "I think we should name the baby that!" I don't have the heart to tell him no so I just tell him we'll think about it...So any takers on the name Narnink?? Its definitely one of a kind!! LOL!

My brother comes next week...I'm so excited!! I hope he'll have fun while he is here...I have a few things planned so it should all work out nicely...I'm very happy to see him!!

We haven't really done much of anything fancy to talk about....just going day to day trying to stay cool and happy...My kids have been playing so well together...yesterday they pulled out a bunch of blankets and pillows and chairs and set it out and then they pulled out a bunch of pretend dishes and food that we have along with one of my note books and the cell phone....I asked what they were doing and apparently they were getting ready to go on a space mission...I love it!! I'm going to have to start getting stuff ready for Porter to go to school...he starts in about 4 weeks...Poor Lily is going to be pretty bored I think!! Mommy's imagination might not be as cool as Porter's!!

Well I think I'm going to go lay down with a bowl of ice cream and a book...That sounds very nice to me!! Over and out!! :)

I love what you did with Grandma Nield's picture. You do amazing work. It almost makes me want to take up scrapbooking. Kathy does it and she does amazing things like you do.
Hug your family

Very cute! Hey, I know how you feel. Even though I had room to put a baby on my 5'8" frame, Dallin chose to stick straight out in front too. I wonder why people think its not rude to remind you how big you are. Oh well.
