I am still here!!

So it must seem like I disappeared completely but I assure you, I'm not missing...I am however pretty much settled into my new house...PHEW!! It's SOOOOOOOO nice to be here!! We are still working on putting the last few things away and then I'll take pictures...I'm so excited to show you!! Who knew so much goes into getting a home just the way you like it...Me thinks it'll be a never ending process... :) Well, I think I'll start off my showing you some crafty goodness then onto the family news... Here is a bunch of stuff I made using the April Kit from My Scrapbook Nook:

Whew!! I might even have more things to post that I haven't been able to take a picture of yet...I better look!! Oh, do you remember a post or so ago when I said I was going to be published in Scrapbook News and Review online magazine?? Well they send me an email right before I moved asking if I would join their staff...I'm so flattered they asked and I look forward to the opportunities I'll be able to get through them...Check out their website!!

In other news - Can you believe my baby girl is now 4 years old (or 4 'ears' old as she says...)


Man the years flew by way to quickly...I still remember like it was yesterday holding and cuddling her in all her cute chunky baby glory:


Aww the memories!! She was such a happy go-lucky baby...Now she has a four year old attitude but above anything she is still the sweetest little girl with the exception of a couple outburst a day when she doesn't get her way...She can't go an hour without telling me she loves me or giving me a hug...she loves changing her clothes at least 5 times a day much to my frustration since all those outfits get thrown on the floor...She still wants me to hold her in my lap and she loves doing things exactly like me...I love my little girl so much!! I'm so thankful she is a part of my life!!

We had a few friends over for a birthday gathering....She LOVED this cake (confetti cake with strawberry frosting and sixletts on top - YUM!!)

(Notice they are all boys?? Her girl cousins weren't able to come...I think we need to find some more girl friends she can play with!!)

It was fun day and she LOVED all her presents...She was spoiled just like the pretty princess she is...so very fitting!!

Emmett is a cutie...He still wants me to hold him the majority of the time...that made it SOOOOO hard while moving...I want to give thanks to my friends who helped me out in the moving process...(Christy!! I miss you!!) I would have gone crazy if it wasn't for you!!

He can roll over onto his stomach now but he can't roll back onto his back...This makes him very frustrated...He'll cry and cry until we fix him back onto his back only for him to do it again....good thing he's so pretty:

He has his hands in his mouth ALL the time...silly boy!!

Porter seems to like his new school alright...He doesn't come home with too many complaints!! He gets to come go to and home an hour earlier than at his old school...it makes my days fly by...thankfully the school is only 5 minutes away so I don't have to hurry as much as I used to have to at his old school....Porter and Lily are so happy they get to play outside all the time....its been such a blessing for us to have found this house...we are so very grateful!!
